Absolutely No Personal Checks, Phone-In Entries, Wires Or Credit Cards.

• Your 2012 BFI entry belongs to the sponsor(s) who paid the entry fee. If the sponsor(s)
decides to change ropers, and the roping is full, you will be placed on a waiting list. It is
your responsibility to make sure all involved are aware of this rule prior to entering.
A team or individual may be self-sponsored and put up their own money. Each roper will be limited to having only two sponsors announced and listed in the program. All winnings paid out in the BFI will be paid directly to the roper. It is the roper's responsibility to work out all financial agreements with their sponsor(s). This includes award arrangements also. Team selection and draw will be available by May 15 and will be posted at www.bobfeistinvitational.com.

• $150/per team (3%) will be held out for administration fees. $4,850/per team will be added back to the pot. You are NOT considered entered until full payment by cashier’s check, money order or sponsor’s business check has been received by the BFI office for BOTH team members. Please note that a $100/per roper fee will be charged when a team draws out, and a $50/per roper partner change fee will be assessed for each partner change.

• BFI committee will evaluate all entries and choose 100 teams with an additional 10 placed on the waiting list.

• Contestants not selected to rope will have their fees refunded in full (as will those on the
waiting list that do not get moved up).

Please Note: The BFI cannot guarantee that ropers entered in RENO RODEO SLACK will be accommodated (i.e., stopping the BFI to allow them to rope in the Rodeo slack).

• We suggest contestants be at least a #7 USTRC header or a #8 USTRC heeler to enter. We ask that you evaluate your own ability and that of the horsepower needed to compete —
if you are a first-time contestant, please list all your recent major roping accomplishments.
All Entries Are Subject To Review!
(Management Reserves The Right To Refuse Any Entry.)
